HT | Introduction – Who am I?
| I use a simple game as a starter, “Who am I…”. First, I play in with the group and then I let them work in pairs. Tohether with that we do word lists in a word book (a funny one!). |
Read Little Red Riding Hood + WB | We read a good old classic story that most of the kids are familiar with. I do a read aloud and then they read, two and two. We work a lot with the pictures and we continue with our word book work. At the end a test; 20 words to translate and four images to write about. | |
Rewrite Stories – Going to the zoo
| Time to practice our writing skills. We read three silly very short “50 words sentences story” and then we make them better! We continue with our word book. At the end everyone get to choose another story to rewrite – without my support. | |
Attack Your Grammar 1 | Basic grammar in a grammar book. | |
Conversation walk, 3 dialogues from British council + WB
| We listen to three dialogues at British council and follow their “kareoke-reading”. Then I print the dialogues and send them out on a conversation walk. Well yes, the word book. No test. I wait in the corridor to listen to everyone. | |
